Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce several of various problems regarding an orthopedic fastener. SOLUTION: This intramedullary nail assembly which is used together with a bushing and a screw in the medullary tube of a long bone is provided. The assembly includes a main body which is at least partially arranged in the medullary tube. The main body partitions a main opening section which goes through the main body. The main body further partitions the length direction axis of the main body, and an orientation featuring section which is operably connected with the main body. The orientation featuring section is constituted to support the bushing so that the bushing can accept a screw at a plurality of angular directions to the length directional axis of the main body, and the bushing can movably be arranged to the main body.
