PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring toilet bowl which is easily applicable to an ordinary Western-style toilet bowl, good in usability, and can measure biological information including a urine volume and a urine flow rate with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The Western-style toilet bowl 11 is formed of: a bowl 16 for accommodating urine of the user; a rim spouting nozzle 24a and a jet spouting nozzle 24b for flushing the interior of the bowl 16; a discharge socket 9 forming a discharge pipe line 6 communicating between the bowl 16 and a sewer pipe; a trap 25 arranged across the discharge pipe line 6, for storing standing water W1 for water-sealing the sewer pipe; and a ball-type on-off valve 8 arranged on a downstream side of the trap 25, for opening/closing the discharge pipe line 6. The ball-type on-off valve 8 is arranged in a drainage socket 9, and opens/closes the discharge pipe line 6 by a power-driven rotating means 28. Further the toilet bowl is comprised of a pressure measuring means 33 for measuring the pressure in a closed space 5 defined by the standing water W1 and the ball-type on-off valve 8 by blocking the discharge pipe line 6 by the ball-type on-off valve 8.
