Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid leakage-preventing device for a process tank that prevents damages on a workpiece even when the workpiece is extremely thin and has low strength. SOLUTION: A liquid leakage preventing device for a process tank prevents liquid leakage by two seal rollers 3, 4 as a pair disposed close to a slit 20, 21 where a workpiece W enters or exits, provided in a vertical direction on a side wall 18, 19 of the process tank 15, wherein bearings 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b having outer diameters not larger than the outer diameters of the sealing rollers 3, 4 having are attached to the upper end and lower end of the sealing rollers 3, 4, respectively, and spacers 7a, 9a as a position regulating member to bring the bearings 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b into contact with the process tank 15 are disposed so that movement of the seal rollers 3, 4 outward from the process tank 15 within a plane parallel to the workpiece surface is regulated within a range not to form a contact state but a minute gap between the seal rollers 3, 4 and the side wall of the process tank.
