SOLUTION: A hydraulic material packaging method is characterized in that a container for a hydraulic material vacuum packaging is composed of a vacuum packaging material, and has a processed layer for increasing friction resistance on the surface of the vacuum packaging material, and the hydraulic material is fed to the container for hydraulic material vacuum packaging, and the container is maintained in a vacuum state and sealed. A hydraulic material packaging body is equipped with the hydraulic material and the container for the hydraulic material vacuum packaging, and the hydraulic material is stored in the container, the inside of the container is maintained in a vacuum state, and the processed layer for increasing the friction resistance is formed on the surface of the container.
