Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialog device capable of performing appropriate input for a user to achieve an objective. SOLUTION: The dialog device 10 comprises: a voice recognition processing section 12, a voice input interpretation section 14; an information extraction processing section 16; a response content generation section 18; a processing result evaluation section 20; and a processing result comparison section 22. The error rate of recognition processing, the error rate of interpretation processing and the error rate of extraction processing are calculated for each word unit of an utterance content, and the processing result of the highest error rate in the error rate of recognition processing, the error rate of interpretation processing and the error rate of extraction processing is calculated for each predetermined unit.
