Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for printing, in printing equipment for printing an image after automatic image quality adjustment. SOLUTION: This printing equipment comprises the following components: (1) an image quality adjustment information generating means which generates image quality adjustment information to be used for image quality adjustment at the time of printing to an image selected as a print image, before receiving a printing instruction following selection of the print image by a user, (2) a storage means which stores the generated image quality adjustment information, (3) an image quality adjustment means which acquires the image quality adjustment information corresponding with the image selected as the print image from the storage means after receiving the printing instruction, and performs the image quality adjustment, and (4) a printing means which prints the image undergoing image quality adjustment.
