Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely calibrate measurement of component concentration by reducing affection of the change with time of a body to be examined or a matter to be measured which is to be irradiated with light and also that of a sonic wave detector. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with: a light outgoing means which electrically modulates intensity of lights of two waves having the same wavelength or mutually different wavelengths respectively by signals of the same frequency and opposite phases and makes the light outgo; a standard sample which is irradiated with one of the lights of the two waves from the light outgoing means; and a sonic wave detection means which detects a sonic wave generated from the standard sample by the one light from the light outgoing means and a sonic wave generated by the other light from the body to be examined or the matter to be measured irradiated with the other light from the light outgoing means at the same position with respect to the standard sample and the body to be examined or the matter to be measured irradiated with the light.
