Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication repeating apparatus, an authentication repeating system, and an authentication repeating method in which a slave unit can be registered on a network even in the case that a communication range between a master unit and the slave unit to be registered is limited and both or one of registration messages is not delivered. SOLUTION: A proxy registration device 100 comprises a master/slave unit corresponding control section 101 for creating a registration message to a master unit or a slave unit in response to a registration message received from the master unit or the slave unit, a communication range switching section 104 for switching a transmission range of the message to be transmitted, and a communication range determination section 107 which determines the transmission range of the created registration message according to a destination of the registration message created by the master/slave unit corresponding control section 101 and instructs the determined transmission range to the communication range switching section 104.
