Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably connect a customer terminal operated by a customer who has a consultation appointment to a consultant terminal operated by the appointed consultant even if the customer is late for the appointed time. SOLUTION: When detecting that the time difference between the current time and an appointed date/time stored in an appointment database 51 reaches a preset time, an appointment server 5 notifies an allocation server 4 correspondingly. The notified allocation server 4, which stores information on consultation standby in a consultant terminal state table 41 in association with appointed consultant terminal identification information and customer terminal information, upon receipt of an allocation request from an appointed customer terminal 1, uses a consultant terminal allocation means 42 to allocate a consultant terminal 3 standing by for consultation only to the customer terminal 1, which has not been allocated to any other customer terminal 1.
