Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working hours and a cost necessary for transfer processing of registered seal data even when an account number system is changed resulting from merger of financial institutions and streamlining of branch houses. SOLUTION: A seal database server 7 receives account information after a change in an account number system in which seal data has not been registered from a seal inquiry terminal 1, and an account information conversion means of the server 7 converts the received account information into account information before a change in an account number system in which the seal data has been registered, and extracts the seal data from the database on the basis of the converted account information.
