Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of display device that simultaneously satisfies characteristics required for a switching thin film transistor (TFT) and a driving TFT. SOLUTION: A display apparatus includes a substrate, the driving TFT including a first semiconductor layer that is formed on the substrate and includes a channel region, an insulating layer formed on the driving TFT, and the switching TFT including a second semiconductor layer that is formed on the insulating layer and includes the channel region. The display apparatus includes a source electrode and drain electrode where at least one source electrode and a whole drain electrode are formed on an upper portion of the semiconductor layer except the channel region among the driving TFT and switching TFT. Thus, the display apparatus thereof and the method of manufacturing the same are provided. The present invention provides the structure of the display device that simultaneously satisfies the characteristics required for the switching TFT and the driving TFT of an organic light emitting display device, and the method of manufacturing the same.
