Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that changing an acupressure position with an acupressure apparatus applied on a human body requires rearranging the position and skin altogether, and gives pain, and that an acupressure force tends to gradually get down because of relaxation of the muscle when the acupressure is kept on at a certain position, or the like. SOLUTION: The acupressure apparatus having a ring-shaped frame is applied on an arm, a knee or the like so as to press the human body with an acupressure bar from a part of the frame. A compact electric motor provided on the frame activates the acupressure bar to move, which is controlled by a controller so that the acupressure force could be constant by using a strain gauge attached to a part of the frame and electrically detecting a deflection of the frame.
