PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody which can be used as a cancer therapeutic agent which acts selectively on a cancer tissue of non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer or the like, with a reduced side effect. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the monoclonal antibody having a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region each contains a specific amino acid sequence, and to the DNA encoding the antibody, the recombinant vector containing the DNA, the transformant containing the vector, the hybridoma producing the antibody and the pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody as the therapeutic agent and diagnostic reagent.
