PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet suppressing a phenomenon of mutual adhesion of the sheet while exhibiting the heat conductivity in the sheet and readily imparting excellent flame retardance to the sheet. SOLUTION: The heat conductive sheet comprises a substrate sheet and powder applied to at least one surface of the substrate sheet. Furthermore, the substrate sheet contains a substrate using an organic polymer as a matrix and a filler imparting the flame retardance and heat conductivity to the substrate. The filler is at least one kind of a metal hydroxide and zinc borate. The powder is at least one kind of powder of the metal hydroxide and zinc borate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
