Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination tire chain mounting box and flag pole base, facilitating fitting of a tire chain by placing a tire of an automobile on a tire mounting table in a snowfall season in winter, and also used as a flag box for advertising or safety measures, or as a stand for a flowerpot in the other seasons except winter to be used in all seasons. SOLUTION: In this combination tire chain mounting box and flag pole base, a trapezoidal box made of recycled synthetic resin or wood is provided, a groove for putting a chain in is provided on the lower parts of both inclined surfaces of the box, one chain is placed in the groove, or two holes are provided in suitable parts of the top flat surface of the trapezoidal box, so that even in the other seasons except winter, it is used as the flag pole base for advertizing, and further it is used as a stand for a flower pot.
