Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and certainly transmit emergency information for a limited area to an information terminal device requiring it via the Internet without increasing traffic of a network. SOLUTION: When event information peculiar to the area occurs, a server 10 storing the event information transmits area identification code information through a digital broadcasting station 20. The information terminal device 30 receiving a digital broadcast 3 holds an area identification code of the information terminal device 30 itself and URL information of the server 10 corresponding to the code, and accesses the server 10 by the URL to acquire the event information when detecting the area identification code possessed by itself from the area identification code information.
