PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing position specifying system, a photographing position specifying device, and a photographing position specifying method capable of precisely obtaining the position of photographing an image and managing the image and sound in association with each other even in an environment where use of a radio wave is not allowed. SOLUTION: The photographing position specifying device includes: an input section 11 for acquiring a photographing instruction and a sound recording instruction; a photographing section 12 for photographing an object when the photographing instruction is acquired; a storage section 17 for storing positions of at least three terminals in advance; a light emitting section 13 for emitting light when the photographing instruction is acquired; a sound wave reception section 14 for receiving a sound wave; a time acquisition section 15 for acquiring the time when the sound wave is received and the time when the light is emitted; and a control section 16 for calculating the distance to each terminal on the basis of the difference between the time when the sound wave is received and the time when the light is emitted and a sound velocity and calculating the position of the own photographing position specifying device; a sound recording section 51 for recording the sound when the sound recording instruction is acquired. The storage section 17 stores the photographing result, the sound recording result, and the position of the own photographing position specifying device 10a in association with each other.
