Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated glass-ceramic circuit board in which the contraction rate of the planar direction thereof can be kept low. SOLUTION: The laminated glass-ceramic circuit board is provided with a laminated substrate in which a plurality of insulating layers which include a glass component and an inorganic filler are laminated. Glass components, whose glass transition points differ by 80°C or more, are filled between the inorganic fillers of adjacent insulating layers among a plurality of insulating layers, respectively. Also, preferably, the glass components are crystallized glass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
