Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component concentration measuring apparatus capable of improving repeatability of the component concentration measurement. SOLUTION: The component concentration measuring apparatus includes a pressure means for pressing a predetermined site of a subject, and a light emitting means irradiates the site with strong modulated light pressed by the pressure means, and a sound pressure detecting means detects the sound pressure of the sound wave to measure the optical sound signal transmitted to the site pressed by the pressure means, wherein, a body fluid such as blood and the like of the inside of the subject part is pooled at the inside surrounded by a through-hole mounted on the pressure means and the body fluid such as blood and the like in the subject is prevented from being pushed out by the pressure means.
