Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-tubular heat exchanger capable of improving productivity by improving assembling workability. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger N is formed of a pair of outer case forming members 11, 12, and a heat transfer tube group DG through which a first fluid circulates. The heat transfer tube group DG is formed by laminating a plurality of heat transfer tubes 20 in a state of making expansion portions 24 formed at positions on both ends thereof abut on each other. Further, the heat transfer tube group DG stored in the outer case forming members 11, 12 is integrally and air-tightly bonded with the outer case forming members 11, 12 by a brazing technique. Thereby, suitable spaces are formed among the heat transfer tubes 20, so that a second fluid flowing in from the outside can suitably contact with the heat transfer tubes 20. Further, the second fluid can be air-tightly sealed by the bonding of the expansion portions 24 and the outer case forming members 11, 12. Therefore, the assembling workability of the heat exchanger N can be improved and the productivity can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
