PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular instrument panel capable of ensuring the design property of the panel even when constituting a center cluster of screen-based components. SOLUTION: A rear projection type operational position detector 4 is provided in a vehicle as an operation panel. The rear projection type operational position detector 4 projects a selection button on a surface of a translucent screen 5 from a back side by a projector 7, picks up an image of the touch operation of the selection button by an operator by a camera 9 on a back side of the translucent screen 5, and detects the touch operation based on the picked-up image.
