PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an imperfect treatment and deterioration of treatment means in the treatment of hydrogen peroxide-containing waste liquid due to an excessive dosing of a pH adjusting agent and imperfect pH adjustment by accurately measuring pH. SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus for a hydrogen peroxide-containing waste liquid comprises a storage tank 1 for adjusting the pH of the hydrogen peroxide-containing waste liquid before decomposition treatment of hydrogen peroxide, an adjusting agent addition means 2 for adding the pH adjusting agent to the storage tank 1, a pipe line 6 for measurement through which a part of the waste liquid in the storage tank 1 is extracted, and a pH measuring unit 7 equipped with a decomposition means 10 for measurement which performs the catalytic decomposition of the extracted waste liquid, and a pH sensor 11 for measuring the pH of the waste liquid after the catalytic decomposition.
