PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technical means for performing efficient band allocation. SOLUTION: A base station AP communicable with terminal devices STA-1 to STA-K comprises: an arithmetic part 43 for calculating an allocation band rifor transmission queues Q-1 to Q-K provided for each transmission information kind in the base station AP and/or in the terminal devices STA-1 to STA-K; and an acquisition part 42 for acquiring parameters ρi, σi, Li,maxwith which a maximum transmission delay amount Di,maxof transmission information can be calculated when the band riis applied and a maximum allowable transmission delay amount DBi,maxof the relevant transmission information, wherein the arithmetic part 43 calculates the band to be allocated to the transmission queues Q-1 to Q-K on the basis of the parameters ρi, σi, Li,maxof each of transmission information and the maximum allowable transmission delay amount DBi,maxof each of the transmission information.
