Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a cogeneration device of woody gas capable of miniaturizing a facility in a small scale in the first place, superior in the aspect of various costs in the second place, superior in stability while coping with even a calorie variation in the third place, superior in durability such as being strong against sticking of tar in the fourth place, and capable of enhancing calorie and efficiency in the fifth place. SOLUTION: This cogeneration device 2 has a reforming reactor 5 for reforming woody gas 1 by using exhaust gas 4 of a rotary engine 3 and the rotary engine 3 using reformed gas 6 from the reforming reactor 5 as fuel. The woody gas 1 is formed by inputting a woody material 7 to a gasification furnace 8, and includes the tar 9 of the high temperature and the high concentration, and is supplied to the reforming reactor 5 from the gasification furnace 8. The reforming reactor 5 reforms the tar 9 in the woody gas 1 into hydrogen, carbon, methane and carbon monoxide by using heat of the exhaust gas 4 of the rotary engine 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
