Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably prepare methanol in a continuous reaction with low degradation of the degree of the activity and under a low temperature and a low pressure even if in the presence of a small amount of water and carbon dioxide in a production raw material. SOLUTION: A method is constituted of manufacturing methanol by reacting a raw material gas containing either of carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide and hydrogen.
