Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner excellent in the removability of dust from a futon surface and operability. SOLUTION: The suction tool comprises: an upper frame 11; a lower frame body 14 engaged with the upper frame body 11, for which an opening 16 for sucking the dust is extended in the longitudinal direction; rotating bodies 19 provided so as to be freely rotated at the front and back of the opening 16 and provided with a plurality of projections 19a on the outer periphery; and a plurality of brushes 17 disposed at the front and back inside the opening 16. Thus, when the suction tool 10 is moved on a futon (not shown in figure), the projections 19a provided on the outer periphery of the rotating bodies 19 abut to the surface of the futon, the rotating bodies 19 are rotated, the surface of the futon is hit by the projections 19a at the time, and the dust in the inside is beat out. Further, since the dust entangled with fibers on the surface of the futon is efficiently raked by the brushes 17 disposed inside the opening 16, the performance of cleaning futons is remarkably improved. Simultaneously, since the surface of the futon is prevented from being sucked to the opening 16 by the brushes 17, the operability is excellent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
