Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core and a stator in which iron loss of the stator core can be improved by relaxing concentration of stress due to impact of shrinkage fitting stress at a corner portion formed by the side face directing the circumferential direction of a motor at the tees portion and the inner circumferential surface at the yoke portion. SOLUTION: At a corner portion 35 formed by the side face 33a directing the circumferential direction B of a motor at the tees portion 33 of a split core 21 and the inner circumferential surface 31a at the yoke portion 31, cross-section at the corner portion 35 is made substantially arcuate in order to relax concentration of stress. Radius of curvature R of the substantially arcuate cross-section at the corner portion 35 is set in the range of 4-6 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
