Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information medium, wherein electrophotographic printing can be applied on the label surface even when two resin substrates are provided. SOLUTION: The optical information medium 10 has at least a recording layer 2, a reflection layer 3, an adhesion layer 4 and a cover substrate 5 successively laminated on an information substrate 1 which is a transparent substrate.
