Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibrator which is not short-circuited by a conductive foreign material or the like and the performance of which is excellently maintained at all times. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibrator fitted to a measurement flow path 11 is configured by fixing a side of an upper electrode 3 of a piezoelectric body 2 to a top wall inner face of a conductive case 1 with ceiling and fixing a conductive terminal board 5 to a lower opening of the case 1, and an electric insulating member 13 is interposed between the case 1 and the measurement flow path 11. Thus, the case 1 and the measurement flow path 11 are not short-circuited by a foreign material such as conductive processing burr produced at working the measurement flow path and the ultrasonic resonator with high reliability can be obtained.
