SOLUTION: This road traffic simulation device 100 is electrically connected to traffic signal controllers S1-Sn controlling the traffic signals to be simulated and/or the traffic signals belonging to an area through a connection device 2, and performs the traffic simulation on the basis of light information outputted from the traffic signal controllers S1-Sn, and information showing a target traffic condition of the traffic signals preset by a storage part 12 and/or a traffic condition of the area.
