PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely generate a false blast impact and to make the test of a safety bursting plate, in a false blast impact system for testing the bursting condition of the safety bursting plate. SOLUTION: The false blast impact system 1 is constituted so as to test the bursting condition of the safety bursting plate by applying the false blast impact to the safety bursting plate 2 and equipped with a cylindrical pressure container composed of two layers, that is, an air compression part 11 and an open part 12. The air compression part 11 is equipped with: the glass plate G arranged to the boundary with the open part 12; and a glass destruction rod 3 for destructing the glass plate G. The safety bursting plate 2 is provided to the open part 12 so as to seal the same and arranged so as to receive the false blast impact caused by the compression air accumulated in the air compression part 11 produced at the time of destruction of the glass plate G.
