Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator capable of stabilizing the lifting operation of door glass. SOLUTION: The window regulator 1 lifting the door glass 21 connected to a wire 4, by pulling the wire by a driving means comprises a rail member 2 provided at a door panel 23; a carrier plate 3 engaged with the rail member 2 and sliding in the lifting direction D of the door glass 21 while holding the door glass 21; and guide means provided between the rail member 2 and the carrier plate 3 and extended along the lifting direction D of the door glass 21. The carrier plate 3 has an upper direction connecting part 9a to which the wire 4 is connected from an upper direction, and a lower direction connecting part 9b to which the wire 4 is connected from a lower direction.
