SOLUTION: The production inhibitor contains at least one of an oligosaccharide alginate, a salt of the oligosaccharide alginate, a complex of the oligosaccharide alginate and a metal ion, a complex of the salt of the oligosaccharide alginate and the metal ion, an extract of rosemary, an extract of soybean, a fermented product of the soybean, an extract of green alga and an extract of citrus fruits.
