Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation device having improved profitability and wind-resistant performance. SOLUTION: A lift device 3 is installed at the upper end of a tower 1 in a horizontally turnable manner for lifting a wind power generation unit 4 up and down. This improves the safety of the wind power generation unit 4 under strong wind and allows easy maintenance work.
