Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor having a small parasitic resistance due to a lower common electrode. SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises the lower common electrode, and a plurality of capacity formation parts comprising a dielectric layer and an upper electrode layer laminated on the lower common electrode. The upper electrode layer includes a first upper electrode layer, and a second upper electrode layer electrically insulated from the first upper electrode layer and arranged adjacently to it. The first upper electrode layer and the second upper electrode layer have the shape with their sides facing each other intermeshed therewith to provide a broad width of a current path passing in the lower common electrode, which becomes a capacitor with the parasitic resistance reduced.
