Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet mount display designed such that the size and weight of the entire helmet mount display can be easily reduced while the intensity of light emission is sufficiently maintained. SOLUTION: The helmet mount display includes: a helmet 10 mounted on the head of a user; an image display device 22 fixed to the helmet and used to emit image information; a visor 12 disposed in front of the eyes of the user; and an optical system 30 by which a virtual image of emitted image information is imaged ahead of the visor. In the helmet mount display, the image information is emitted by using an organic EL element for the image display device 22, thereby using light emission of the entire 480 to 560 nm wavelength area. Also, by using a plurality of optical elements so as to eliminate color aberration, the optical system 30 images a virtual image of the image information ahead of the visor.
