Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator capable of automatically switching an oxygen supply source when a device is out of order and allowing an oxygen inhalation without user's operation. SOLUTION: An adsorptive oxygen concentrator, which includes at least an adsorbent tube filled with adsorbent materials capable of selectively adsorbing oxygen rather than nitrogen, an air compressor to take air from outside and to supply the adsorbent tube with the compressed air, and an oxygen outlet port to supply the user with oxygen generated in the adsorbent tube, comprises a connection port connectable to an oxygen cylinder and a passage switching means to switch the passage that are provided on a way of a conduit connecting the adsorbent tube and the oxygen outlet port.
