Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for toilet bowl, which enables a work such as setting a shock absorbing member or the like to be easily carried out and showing a superior shock-absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The packaging material including a cardboard outer box 1 covering the upper part of the toilet bowl, and shock-absorbing members 2, 3 inserted into the outer box and abutting against the toilet bowl, uses a molded product as the shock-absorbing members 2, 3, where securing pieces 15 protruded at the outer edges of the shock-absorbing members 2, 3 are engageably inserted into engagement holes 12 formed in the outer box 1, engagement pieces 13 formed by cutting and raising the outer box 1 are pushed into the engagement holes 16 formed in the shock-absorbing member 3 and engaged there. In addition, the shock-absorbing member 2 is dented to form an accessory storing portion 17, and check holes 14, 18 enabling its inside part to be visually seen are provided.
