Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for low invasive production of fibroblast. SOLUTION: Calcium ion is introduced to mononuclear cells separated from one of cord blood, placental blood, peripheral blood or menstrual blood. The mononuclear cells are cultured on predetermined cultural conditions. The cultivation comprises storing a culturing solution in a culture vessel coated with plasma on the bottom thereof, culturing in the culture solution and adding bFGF viz. cytokine into the culture solution. As the obtained fibroblast has mesenchymal stem cell-like properties so it can regenerate tissue composing implant part by transplanted to a living body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
