Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate which makes it possible to use the table of ISO 4831 and can measure the number of bacteria by a simple method. SOLUTION: This plate for measuring the number of bacteria is characterized by disposing three to ten 0.1 mL volume wells, three to ten 1 mL volume wells, and three to ten 10 mL volume wells in an inclined plate, and further disposing a liquid pool at the lowest place, so that a sample solution fills all the wells and is further stored in the liquid pool, when the sample solution is flowed down from a place above the wells.
