PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar system capable of detecting one object, which is a reflecting object, on the basis of a plurality of reflected waves caused by the one object, which is the reflecting object. SOLUTION: The radar system comprises a radar sensor for transmitting transmission waves to a prescribed range and receiving reflected waves reflected from an object and a processing part for determining the position of the object on the basis of the peak position of an intensity distribution of received reflected waves. In the case of the detection of a plurality of peak positions, the processing part determines the true position of the object by determining the weighted means of the plurality of detected peak positions by a weight from the difference between each peak position and the previously detected position of the object.
