Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which comprises a control device formed by resin-molding a circuit board for mounting a control IC, and in which the extension of a circuit pattern on the circuit board is not required, the complication of the circuit pattern can be prevented, and a shield plate can be stably grounded. SOLUTION: This motor is constituted such that a ground terminal 19e of the control device 15 and a connecting terminal 20a of the shield plate 20 are connected to a yoke housing 4 to be grounded. That is, the connecting terminal 20a of the shield plate 20 is not previously fixed on the circuit board that mounts the control IC 16 in a resin mold 17, but the connecting terminal 20a of the shield plate 20 is differently grounded to the yoke housing 4.
