PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple toilet capable of sufficiently miniaturizing a storage space of the simple toilet 1 used by assembling it and shortening an assembly time by making conveyance unnecessary in the case the simple toilet 1 is used to shorten a time until it can be used. SOLUTION: The simple toilet is equipped with a wall member 5 formed by continuously providing a plurality of rectangular private rooms 19, a floor panel 3 having a groove 23 wherein the wall member 5 is inserted, a frame material 7 having a groove 37 wherein the wall member 5 is inserted and a roof 9 mounted on the frame material 7, the wall member 5 is formed of two parallel front wall panels 27, a back wall panel 29 installed between the front wall panels and a side wall panel 31 capable of being folded into two parts and a partition wall panel 33, and in an emergency toilet system 43 formed by making use of the simple toilet formed by connecting each wall panel with a high strength adhesive tape 35 in a foldable manner, it is so constituted that a toilet tank 45 mounting the floor panel 3 thereon and the storage space 53 adjoining the toilet tank 45 and storing the folded wall member 5 therein are located in the ground and the roof 9 is covered upward of the floor panel 3.
