SOLUTION: The car side engaging member 5A includes a baseplate 51 fixed to a car door 21, an engaging piece 55 movable in the direction orthogonal to the opening-closing direction of the car door 21 while vertically moving and engageable with engaging rollers 69A and 69B and a first link 53A or the like connecting this engaging piece 55 to the baseplate 51, and has an engaging piece operation member 60 advancing and retreating the engaging piece 55 in the direction of the engaging rollers 69A and 69B while vertically moving in response to the vertical movement corresponding to opening-closing of the car door 21, a second link 56A or the like transmitting the vertical movement of this engaging piece operation member 60 as advancing-retreating operation of the engaging piece 55 and a third link 58A or the like vertically movably holding the engaging piece operation member 60 by the baseplate 51.
