Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the accuracy of incorporating in the direction perpendicular and parallel to the incorporating surface by which frames are incorporated with each other. SOLUTION: Fastening parts 221f, 221g, 221b, 221c, 102b and 102c are provided, respectively, in both ends of the frame 221 and the positions corresponding to both ends in a incorporating-side member 102. Projections 102f and 102g are formed in the corresponding positions, respectively. Revolving parts 221d and 102d are provided near the fastening parts in one end of the frame. After performing the turning adjustment of the frame around the turning part, the frame is pressed to the projection and fixed by fastening the fasteners. Thereby, since the incorporating surface of the projection can be formed with a minimum required area, the unevenness of the degree of level of each incorporating surface can easily be suppressed while the frame being able to be turned around one end of the frame before fixing the frame. Then, the accuracy of incorporation in the direction perpendicular and parallel to the incorporating surface can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
