Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic compounded with a sintered pigment having color tone akin to natural complexion and slight in color change even if got wet, thus giving natural complexion finish with makeup film not getting whitish while having masking capability and slight in drabness with time attributable to wetting. SOLUTION: The complexion-colored sintered pigment containing 2.5-3.5 wt.% of an iron oxide is provided, which is obtained by sintering a mixture of an iron compound with a rutile titanium oxide 0.2-0.3μm in average particle size at 750-900°C. This pigment is such that the colorimetric values in the Hunter L-a-b color specification system are as follows: a-value/b-value is 0.2-0.3 and L-value is ≥70.
