Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a document position to a normal position even when a document is not set in the normal position of a document storage part. SOLUTION: A guide member 30 is moved in response to a size of the document P input by an UI image screen 40 by detecting that the document P is placed on a tray 18 by a sensor 24. Thus, the document P on the tray 18 is pushed by the guide member 30, and is moved to the normal position of the tray 18. Thus, even when the document P cannot be set in the normal position of the tray 18 when a position of the tray 18 is too high like a wheelchair user, since the document P is moved to the normal position by the movement of the guide member 30, the document P is not obliquely sent into a document reading part 14 from the tray 18.
