After drying, it is coated with a polyester urethane resin coating 8 mixed with a soft spoiler hardening agent. The mass ratio of the soft spoiler hardening agent to the Esdine 272 is 10:7-15, and the mass ratio of the poly ester urethane resin coating to the soft spoiler hardening agent is 10:5-7.
