METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMPENSATING FOR TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF CURRENT TRANSMISSION RATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for the influence of a temperature change on the current transmission rate of an optocoupler system. SOLUTION: An optocoupler system (100) includes a buffer circuit (110), an insulator (140), and a detector (160). The optocoupler system (100) has a current transmi...

Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for the influence of a temperature change on the current transmission rate of an optocoupler system. SOLUTION: An optocoupler system (100) includes a buffer circuit (110), an insulator (140), and a detector (160). The optocoupler system (100) has a current transmission rate (CTR) having a temperature coefficient. The buffer circuit (110) includes a light source (130) for generating light passing through the insulator (140). The detector (160) receives the light having passed through the insulator (140) and generates an output signal based on the received light. The system (100) has current transmission rate (CTR) temperature coefficient compensating means (120) for generating a base signal having a temperature coefficient for compensating for the temperature coefficient of the CTR.
