Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus having illuminator operated by a battery preventing lowering of power caused by lowering of voltage at lighting the illuminator and turn-off of power source caused by a malfunction under sudden lowering of voltage. SOLUTION: The voltage of the battery 1 is detected at a battery voltage detection part 7, and whether the battery voltage is lower than a first set voltage V1 or not is judged at a first voltage comparing part. When a state that the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage is continued up to a first set time T set in advance, is detected at a first time setting part 9, a power source control part 10 turns off the power source. An illumination lighting control part 13 turns off the illuminator 6 when the second voltage comparing part 12 detects whether the voltage of the battery become lower than a second set voltage V2 set in advance or not, and the a second time setting part 12 detects that a state of lower than the set voltage is continued up to a second set time T2 set in advance.
